Horrible experience with the bakery. I went over to order a birthday cake for my daughter and literally what a joke. I asked the lady if they could do a certain cake. She said we can't do that design. Even though my husband had already asked someone else there could they do it and they said yes 3 weeks ago. She then tells me to come back over tomorrow to talk to that specific lady I came to talk to today. She didn't get out a piece of paper to write down my order or nothing basically told me she wasn't going to help me in other words and that I need to come back tomorrow to make my order even though I got off today to do it when I got the chance to. Will not be back to this Publix for the bakery section what a joke. I know for a fact this lady could have helped and at least wrote down my order and I could have talked to the person I came there to see today tomorrow and explain everything and got the order completed. But she didn't even care to do that. Would not recommend this Bakery to anyone.

Bad experience with the bakery. I ordered a birthday cake for my teenage daughter and it was plain. No borders, no balloons no color on it at all, just white. I didn't know you had to specify on how to decorate a cake to a professional bakery.

Alicia and Emily are great! So personable. I get excited to get in their lines. They always take care of my groceries/coupons quickly and efficiently!

Staff is always friendly and helpful weather I shop in person or over the phone. Great deals and a bakery to die for.
