Super long wait times. Seems like they're only interested in making more 'money' off you. If you need an appt for routine care, you'll wait months. They will try to 'up-sell' you. There's nothing special about this place. I think people go here because it's on their dental HMO list. Pick another name on the list, you've been warned!

I've been to lots of dentists over the years when my insurance changed, but decided a few years ago that insurance or not I will stick with Dr. Boyd. He's terrific, does great work, and I trust him above all the other dentists I've seen. I've never had problems with the office staff either, so I don't understand the other negative comments below.
