I stayed here a couple of years ago and the resort and the view from my balcony was nestled inside the mountains. The lake was beautiful and there was all types of wildlife around us.
There is a peace at this resort that I have not ever experienced in my life anywhere.
There is a beautiful sculpture outside of Indians and flames.
There is Indian artifacts in the hotel.
Casino was great. Staff,food and lodging was perfect. My bed was very comfortable and I have a bad back.

We attended the Josh Turner concert on February 23rd, 2018. Josh was AMAZING (5 Stars). The venue was eh (1-2 Stars). Hence, my 3 star review.We had seats (there were standing room only tickets for the very back or seats towards the front), but because the seating was on a flat floor with only a slightly elevated stage, I could only see Josh about half the time. On top of that, the shot girl walking around would walk in front of us (literally through our row, stepping on my purse and feet) to sell her shots, instead of walking through the aisles and being courteous. It was rude and distracting. Drinks were expensive (which we expected from a casino), but the servers at the concert venue needed training on how to mix drinks. I only ordered one drink and maybe took two sips, because it was gross.

In comparison to other casino resorts in New Mexico, this is my favorite. The food is good. The gift shop has really nice items, including 15% discount for veterans. My room was super comfortable and clean. I slept through The night. The casino comps aren't bad either. Free rooms, food credit and free play. I even won $1700.00 off my free play with a 50 cent bet.

The greatest place to stay a week. Rooms are clean and they have the most beautiful view of the lake and the mountains anyone could imagine. Their casino is top notch, the restaurant serves some pretty good food. Prices are moderate, it all depends on how much you want to spend. We will be back in the early winter.

Wonderful casino resort. Lots of delicious food options. And lots of options for outdoor activities. Getting a room with a view of the lake is worth it! And definitely make a trip into town to go to all the cute shops. The area is beautiful. Would highly recommend this casino resort! Note: You can't drink alcohol and gamble at the same time here.
