My wife and I attended a live performance at the Inn on the Blues on a Saturday night back in late spring.  The staff was very friendly, but the service was simply way too confusing.  Because the place was packed, we had an understandably long wait for a seat so we waited at the bar and got some fries and drinks.

When it came time to go to a table, that's when the confusion started.  Apparently the way it works is that your server follows you there.  So that meant that the young woman BARTENDING was now also our WAITRESS.  Combined with the consistently deafening noise drowning out everything, you can imagine how difficult it was to place additional orders and get the check paid.  It was nothing she was doing wrong.  It's just that they need to keep the bar staff working the bar and keep the wait staff working the floor--not expecting a bartender on a Saturday night act as a waitress too.

And while the food was good, the prices were on the high side.  It was only manageable for us because we had a $20 gift card.  Not a place we'd go to again simply because it was too chaotic.

Great location and the good atmosphere. Stopped in here for dinner before heading home and the food and service were good. We got the chicken tenders for the table as an appetizer and I got the fish and chips for my meal, both were tasty. Would come back here again.

Lobster roll was very disappointing. I got the hot buttered one and there was nothing hot or tasty about the. The bun was weak and the portion was very small. On a positive note the service was good and the French fries were as well.

My wife and I attended a wedding 9/10/16  Undoubtedly one of the nicest functions we had ever been to.  From the  1 hour cocktail gathering consisting of top quality hors d'oeuvres to the buffet dinner everything was top notch.  Would highly recommend this location.

Went here for dinner with a group of 7 and had to wait to be seated which was no problem...ordered our drinks once we were finally seated which took forever to come out and one of us actually had to go to the bar to place the order again. When our server came back she apologized for the delay and we ordered our appetizers. They ended up bringing us the wrong appetizers and we had to wait again for the correct order to come out. If that wasn't bad enough when we went to place our order they told us they were out of lobster which was the entire reason we chose to eat there....fine we chose different meals and the waitress had to come back to tell us they were out of scallops too. Not sure why they wouldn't tell us before we sat down that they were out of food. When the food did come the portions were ridiculously small. Spent $200 and they didn't do one single thing to turn around our horrible experience.
