Inner Strength and Fitness is a gem of a gym. Dan, Adrienne, and Consuelo create a multi-generational environment that's welcoming to all.  Inner Strength is consistently clean, friendly, and inviting. 

Dan and crew provide highly expert personal training, and some members can join the Inner Strength competitive weightlifting team, which wins many competitions. 

The staff set a consistent tone of warmth and inclusiveness that reaches everyone, from teenagers to octogenarians. Since they're all so friendly, members follow suit and are friendly with one another -- it's contagious. 

Rather the being fueled by competitiveness and testosterone run amok, Inner Strength lives up to its tag line, "fitness through joy." Smiles, laughter, and kindness prevail.

Highly recommended gym for weightlifting! Nice people, high quality bars, plates, and platforms, and affordable rates. We dropped in while traveling and will be back soon!

Just joined and I can report nothing but positive vibes. Very different from other (impersonal) gyms I have used. I truly enjoy going and being surrounded by courageous people of all ages. Highly recommend it.

Inner Strength is by far the best gym I have ever attended! Working out on my own or with the occasional trainer or class schedule was helpful, but working a strength and fitness program designed by Dan, specifically with me, my physical history, my current goals and work life in mind is SO MUCH BETTER!! I am in the best shape of my life--constantly excited and challenged by the variety of exercises, both strength and cardio (with a new program every six weeks!). The atmosphere is great--I love seeing teens to 90s represented, I like supporting a local family business and it's a huge bargain for all that you get. Don't be intimidated by the "weighlifting" stuff--it's all part of the super effective balance to address mind, body, spirit--specific for you and will help you feel great at whatever level you are. I highly recommend it to everyone I know!!
