The Miller Gym offers expert weight training instruction to women and men of all ages, with a specialty in Olympic weightlifting.
The Miller Gym opened in April of 2014 and is the passion of Kim Alderwick and Shane Miller. Their program is free weight based and designed using fundamental principles of exercise physiology. Clients are instructed in their programs and thereafter use the gym at their own convenience under the close supervision of gym staff. Programs are changed every 4 - 6 weeks, assuring continued progress and a refreshed training experience.
Interested clients also have the rare opportunity to learn Olympic weightlifting with Coach Shane Miller. His 23 years of experience and record of athlete success at state, national and international meets speak for themselves.
The gym membership fee includes the design and training of programs.
