"Our HistoryVP Innovations is the retail showrooms division of VP Supply Corp. VP Supply was established in the winter of 1965 by Marv Miller and Elliot Curwin in a small warehouse on Brown Street in downtown Rochester, New York. It started as a simple wholesale plumbing supplier housed in an 80,000 square foot warehouse, but as the city of Rochester began to undergo rapid growth, VP began to grow as well. In 1978, Marv and Elliot introduced the Bath Showroom, a retail space created to serve as a tool for home builders to send their customers into view all of the latest home plumbing products."

We worked with Dave Witt at the East Amherst location while remodeling 2 full bathrooms. His expertise and experience were just what we needed. Very happy with our tub, shower door and Onyx countertops & shower walls.
As a designer, I’ve used innovations by VP to select plumbing, lighting, cabinetry and hardware. My two most recent projects I’ve worked with Carol. One was a complete renovation. The other was a new build. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and good at communicating. The process was simple and the product came in a timely manner. The quality and service was excellent. Both of these project shine and my client are completely satisfied. I love what I do and I love working with companies that provide a great experience for me and my client. I’ll be back to VP for future projects!
Emma met more than our expectations during our recent purchase of very difficult, defined outdoor pole lamps. She greeted us in a friendly, warm way, as if it were her honor to serve us. She had an incredible knowledge of her inventory and potential items and quickly found the perfect light. She had called the factory to check the availability and made arrangements for them to be special ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. She made arrangements for the lights to be delivered to our home in a trusted responsibility to a coworker if they came and she was not present. She was uniformly respectful and delightful to work with. She went over and above her responsibility to achieve ultimate satisfaction. I want you to be aware of her exceptional performance. We stopped in to the Innovations by VP showroom knowing that we wanted to update our kitchen lighting, but without having a very firm idea how we wanted to do that. We were pretty impressed by the variety of styles on display in the store, but we were really blown away when Emma Myles - the rep who worked with us - explained how much more we could find out about the display items by using QR codes, and then offered to find even an even wider variety of fixtures by checking availability of items in inventory but not on display. Emma was extraordinarily helpful, made the customer experience very, very easy, and ensured we left the store with exactly the fixtures that worked perfectly for us, and thinking that we got a great bargain. Very Satifsied Customers!!
The entire staff from the showroom to the warehouse are friendly knowledgeable and dedicated to helping customers and contractors.
Top notch VP in every way! Beautiful show room with so many options to choose from. The staff was very knowledgeable. If they didn’t have an answer on the spot, I received a call back very quickly. I personally worked with Carol Reif who was extraordinarily patient, supportive and helped me through the process while making my selections. My items were delivered in a timely manner with phone calls before delivery. You won’t be disappointed with VP Supply.

Their selection is really good but the shop is a bit overwhelming would have been nice to have some sales help. We ended up making choices ourselves without much help from their sales staff. So none of our questions got answered in regards to what would fit best with out remodel.
As a contractor in business since 1956, VP Supply is one of our valued supplier of plumbing and electrical material. Val Hamilton the manager of the lighting department is excellent!
Carol Reif is a great person to work with. So is Dave Horth. Very detailed and answers all questions. Makes your remodeling project come together with their suggestions and ideas. Highly recommend!
