Went there to get a cordless drill announced at 59.99$ on their website. Couldn't find it in store, ask for help, found the tag marked at 149.99$ (regular price), and couldn't find the drill. Told me that it must be a discontinued item and that I must pay 119+ for a similar model. Didn't offer me any other options. Don't know if it's just an incompetent employee or an open lying publicity but at final they just achieved pissing off an other customer.

The friendly lady that waited on my Wife and I was very kind and helpful in getting us hooked up for our Military benefits thru Lowes. I don't remember her name, but her face and smile I won't forget. Thanks a bunch.

I ordered a maple tree from this location and picked it up in store. Before ordering it, I spoke with someone on the phone who said they would wrap the tree for me so it would not be damaged by the wind during transport. When I actually got there and asked for it to be wrapped, the person who helped me did not seem to understand that wind would damage the leaves. He laid the tree in the trailer, said it looked fine, then walked away. Sure enough, by the time I got home, half the leaves were gone. Additionally, before even leaving the store, I noticed a branch had been broken. I pointed it out to one of the garden center employees who said I could pick out a different tree. Mine was the only one in stock, so I was stuck with it. This was the only time I have been to this location and it will likely be my last.

I recently went this Lowes to pick up some wood for a project. I wrote out all of the measurements/ cuts that I needed and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. With that being said, I walked around the store to kill time. I showed up at the wood area about 30 minutes later and was told they weren't ready. I waited at the register and watched other male customers who had arrived later than me get their wood cut and leave within 10-15 minutes, but I was still kept waiting. It was uncomfortable waiting at the register, so I went to my car and waited an additional 45 minutes. I returned inside and the wood was still not cut! I was shocked! I ended up waiting an another 20 minutes at the register until everything was finally ready. It took nearly 2 hours to cut $50 worth of wood. On top of that, I felt like the employees were rude and ....I hate to say it, but sexist even. One of them told me I had to wait a whole year before I could stain/ paint the wood. Really? A year? I forgot to write down a size and returned the next morning for another 2x4. This time I decided to bring a guy friend. We in and out within 5 minutes.
