My experience with Innovative has been great. Especially with a certain employee, JR Shaver. He was absolutely great to have around. In 2014 my home was hit with a Tornado. We didn’t know who to turn to or what to do. We contacted a couple of people and we were told to give Innovative a try. JR came out and not only gave us great service, but he went above and beyond to help with the neighborhood cleanup. JR was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend Innovative as an easy and great company to work with. JR was always responsive and came out everyday to check up on all of his customers until all work was completed.

I had just lost my husband and needed major work done on my home. I was worried I would be taken advantage of, but I worked with a gentleman, JR Shaver, who was fantastic. He gave me the best quote. He explained everything very thoroughly and also walked me through each step of the process so I would always feel comfortable. The work done was fantastic. I have recommended Innovative Home Concepts to several of my friends. They are a wonderful company to work with!

I highly recommend Kevin as a contract sales rep. He has a lot of patience and is so nice he took over an existing claim I had already had in the process that wasn't going smooth. Kevin came in and worked with me and my insurance company and had all new gutters, siding, and roof done. He also came by when they were doing the work to make sure it was being properly done and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Took the whole process over and I didn't have to worry about a thing besides the colors. Thank you so much!!

JR was helpful and Intelligent. He installed a new roof, cleaned up afterword. There was no damage to any part of my home or The shrubs outside. The Quality of work and quality of shingles that he put on was excellent they also installed gutters. They worked with our insurance company. I would highly recommend innovative and JR. I have told some friends from work already. They look forward to contacting JR.
