We hired Krumwiede Roofing and Exteriors to replace our old roof, soffit, fascia and skylights. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. We were offered a variety of products to choose from along with a knowledgeable sales person that was able to explain these products and exactly what they were going to do. The crew that worked on our house was very professional, conscientious, courteous and any mess that was made was cleaned up. We are very pleased with the outcome and very satisfied with their work. We are confident our house will look good for years to come.  Thank you Krumwiede!  Your work is outstanding and we highly recommend you!!

I would read the fine lines in your contract as they will resort back to it regardless of what the sales pitch may have been.  The sales pitch was very good, but getting any help with your Insurance Claim once the contract has been signed was just a nightmare for us.  We received very little help from them to settle our claim, leaving us to deal with the Insurance Company on our own.  We had a terrible experience trying to get very simple paperwork to present to the insurance company.   Sometimes it makes you wonder if they even care once you sign the contract.  You’re on the hook since you signed the contract, now deal with trying to get your claim paid cause you won’t get the proper paperwork needed to process it.   

The handling of the project could have been better.  We paid a premium price for our roof and we just didn't get that in return.  They were highly recommended to us, but just leave a lot to be desired for.  At the end of the day, it may have been better going with an ambulance chaser.

We had a great experience with Krumwiede Roofing and Exteriors. They installed new  windows, siding and soffit. The salesman was very clear on the products we were getting, the process of the installation and what to expect during installation. They took great care our our house and landscaping during the  course of the project. I would definitely recommend Krumwiede to my friends or family. Our house looks amazing!

Great service and super professional!! I was recommended by my neighbor and had to review because I had such a good experience. The Sales guy was super friendly and helpful & the production manager Scott kept me updated through the whole project. Def recommend others to use this company for a stress free experience. After being dubbed the most unhandy man in America , seeking help for housing projects is nerve wrecking and can leave you feeling hostage. The project consultants at Krumwiede do an unbelievable job of walking you through the entire process. From my insurance claims, to manufacturing specification, to product offerings, someone with no reference like myself can walk out of this process very educated.  From initial quote to project completion the staff took their time to answer all of my questions. My new Roof looks great and the work that was done was meticulous. The crews were efficient and left without a trace. I will be calling back for new siding next summer. Thanks Guys.
