I recommend "INSIDE OUT" studio in Bellingham, WA, and its owner, Adrienne Wrightson, to anyone who wants to improve themselves physically and emotionally. Adrienne is an experienced instructor that molds various methodologies including Gyro-Tonics, yoga, Thai Chi, and ballet in to individual lessons. Her professional and warm personality creates a safe atmosphere that is conducive to learning, strengthening, and lifting your spirits. Adrienne has extensive experience with clients who have neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson's Disease. I have PD and always felt like she had my body improving without unsafe exercises. I cannot say enough about how great Adrienne is as an instructor and a person who will help you improve your life.
