Inspire Studio is a beautiful space with a beautiful community. The owner, Ruby, is a pleasure to work with and learn from. The other teachers are wonderful as well. The studio offers a great variety of classes and events, unmatched by any in the area. There is truly something here for everyone :) The vibe is friendly and easy going, and is a wonderful place to learn and explore. I couldn't recommend this studio enough. Inspire is where I began my practice, and it will always hold a very special place in my heart. This is a great place to go to learn more about yoga, deepen your practice, and explore personal growth. Thanks Inspire Studio!

Ruby puts a lot into each class and she clearly is a very experienced teacher. I'm so lucky to have happened upon this studio!

Ruby Koa is a superb leader. Her gentle yoga sessions are always meticulously designed, but she is flexible and quick-witted enough to incorporate requests on the spot. She is fully aware that what works for one might not work for another, and she encourages and supervises experimentation. Her knowledge of the relationships among body, mind and spirit is exceptional. Best yoga instructor I have encountered. Lovely, warm personality.

What a tranquil little haven this studio is! Calm, quiet, welcoming, restorative, I feel so peaceful for the hour I am in this studio. Free herbal tea, great teachers and support, the vibe is encouraging rather than strict, friendly rather than cliquey. The space is a great size, location, and offers a great range of classes. The owner is a dear soul who will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home. It really does inspire!

Inspire Yoga Studio, inspired in me the opportunity to slow down with Molly's Restorative Yoga, she has such a calm connection to self awareness and a compassionate teaching style I was immediately at ease, and felt so welcomed in to the gorgeous space that owner Ruby has opened up to the community. I have also taken a yoga workshop and attended Inspire's New Year Power Yoga class with Ruby - what a great balance of dedication to her practice and a guided well planned session of interwoven sun salutations, personal intentions to consider, and connections to each and every student. I highly recommend Inspire as a place for your yoga practice, a place for your heart to be lifted and your spirit to be nourished.
