After going through a rough time over the phone with a rep not to be named... I came in to work things through directly with the branch manager. He is a breath of fresh air. I understand how things can get frustrating, however, the actions of the rep who spoke to me does not reflect on the company or this branch. I wish all his staff could be like him. There are certain people I have worked with face to face... but the one that spoke to me on the phone in my eyes should be retrained. I am glad to continue my business here and the manager is who saved my view on this company. Corporate should be thankful he is their representative.

We went in and we're instantly pleased. Frank the GM and Debbie the assistant manager trainee were REAL.I mean they were geniunely doing all that could be done to be hospitable and give us the best help. I was impressed by the knowing the information and making sure we understood every detail and getting us the best deal that would work for us. You can tell when people are just trying to take advantage of you, NOT THERE, No pressure tactics, We got more than we expected in all aspects.Honestly they were caring helpful people and I would completely recommend you take your business there? Great offers, great people, makes this a good business👌 Thank you Frank Debbie and Liz, you made our experience very pleasant! SANDY and DAN

They are very helpful and friendly. I am very thankful for them. They have helped out considerably in times of need.

The staff is always very friendly and polite and they are very willing to work with you and offer help where they can. I have done business with this location more than once and they have always treated me very well. I would recommend using this service to anyone that is considering it. They are awesome.
