The people that work here are so nice and helpful! Whether I go inside or through the drive thru I get fast friendly service. My only complaint are the bums that sometimes hang out in the parking lot at odd hours. But the bank doesn't have much control over that.

Every time I go in here, no matter how much I try to make things a quick trip to get something, done like replace a card, I am grilled for financial information and pushed to open new lines of credit. They keep telling me that they are no longer incentivised to push clients to open new accounts, like over and over, and yet they still tried to sell me their secured card three times after I said my first "No thank you" and have told them I was not interested with every visit I make. They take notes about every visit you make, so why not write a note that says "DOES NOT WANT NEW LINES OF CREDIT". I'm going to find another bank, because this is not the banking experience that I want.
