I recently purchased a pair of Stone Birkenstocks from InStep! I was greeted by each women working in the store. So friendly! I recently had a negative experience in a Plato's Closet where I was followed around (I assume because of my race.) While in InStep, Christin helped me find the shoes I wanted  as well as informed that a pair of Birkenstocks I've wanted for several months will be restocked and she can call me when they come in! This literally made my day! I have been searching for a specific pair of Birks for months, NO online retailer or local retailer has them in stock for women. You should totally go to InStep, it's a local business which is reason enough for me!

When I started an on-your-feet job I spent my first paycheck here and I am so happy I did so! The women who narrowed down shoes with me love wearing what they carry so they were very knowledgeable about what I was trying on. Overall a great experience!
