Over the course of the past 10 years I have dealt directly with Dolores Thurman.  ALWAYS professional and supportive of my family's needs.  Returns phone calls when messages are left and has kept the line of communication open and available so I know what the next steps are to take.  Her follow up contact has been excellent!  If she's not available, Jeremy Perez has also been ready to step up and assist.

Insurance Solutions was referred to me for a house I was purchasing.  When my regular insurance carrier could not cover the roof, Insurance Solutions came through for me.  Great service, quick response time, easy to talk to and understand.

We were on the verge of losing a HUGE contract due to our Worker's Comp not being compliant with some very stringent rules and within 24 hours of calling Tony Alessandra our contract was saved!  He took the bull by the horns and saved the day for our company.  We would recommend Insurance Solutions in a heartbeat!
