I love my apartment - they are the nicest apartments in the area! The maintenance team has been great about processing any work order requests as needed. However, if you are a non-smoker or just dislike the smell of smoke in your home, this is not the place for you! They not only allow people to smoke inside their apartments but that smoke will infiltrate your apartment as well as the hallways and even though this is in direct violation of your contract ("peaceful enjoyment of the property"), the only thing they will tell you is that they can't do anything about it because according to the contract other tenants can smoke in their apartment. After persistent communication (ongoing for 6+ months) with the management group they agreed to purchase an air filter for my apartment. This has helped in the one room where the air filter is but did not solve the problem. If the building is not structurally sound enough to keep smoke from bothering other tenants, there needs to be a NO smoking policy in place!

First, I swear I'm not an Integrity employee. I have been renting in the same building for 2.5 years and am really happy with the experience. The building is very nice - it's an old building but it's completely renovated so everything is new. The HVAC system works well, although we did have an unfortunate issue with the air conditioning last year and it took half the summer to get fixed. Integrity was responsive but there were issues with the AC unit for our apartment and it took a long time to get it figured out. Overall, whenever we have needed a repair (it doesn't happen often), Integrity has been very responsive and we usually have someone out to repair it within a day. I will agree that snow removal on the property isn't always great. We have terrific neighbors in the building and they all seem happy here, too. I know I sound like a company spy but I honestly am just a happy customer.

Oh the irony of their name. This is a terrible leasing agency. As others have stated- they are nice in the beginning to get you to rent and that's it, after that they won't return calls or e-mails. We rented for a year in Cleveland Heights in an apartment that was new which is why we picked it. The first problem arose in the fall when it started getting cold and the heating system kicked in. The noise from the pipes was so loud every time it kicked on that it would wake everyone up, including the dog. We got a noise machine and ear plugs but still it kept waking us up. It banged so much that the paint from the pipes started chipping off and covered the floors wherever a pipe was. We called over and over and they said they would look into it, kept sending people over, but it didn't stop until the heat was on for good. In the spring it started up again: Their response: normal boiler noise, can't do anything about it. When we asked why they didn't tell us about the noise before we rented the apartment they said that type of noise was normal with heating systems so they don't warn potential renters about it. They also do not shovel the walkways to the entrance of the building or to the garages, we had to do it ourselves. The driveway to the parking garage was blocked so many times that we were often late for work. You have to call them when your garage is blocked and by the time they answer the phone and send someone over you'll be very late so you have to deal with it on your own. Thankfully, we have moves out two months ago and now are trying to get our full security deposit back. When we called to ask about it- they couldn't figure out why we didn't get the full amount back. They said they would call back within the hour... Please, save yourself the aggravation and avoid apartments managed by this leasing company.

Hi, I have lived there 18 month. Apartment had a very loud heating system and very loud fridge, so it is difficult to sleep. There was single glass window in bathroom which made it really cold to take a shower. Also in winter in certain time of the day your hot tap water is actually cold. And the most important you can NEVER LEAVE ANYTHING IN DROP BOXES at lease office (like paychecks or move out notice). They lost my move out notice and charge me 2 month addition rent. If you deal with them, hand all papers hand to hand and ask for a copy for your records.

This is about a house rental no one answers phone at office like someone else said they get your money and then give you a hard time property is not all they say it is i would never refer them to anyone .BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.😎
