It’s a special setting in the High Line Hotel. Come and sit in the lobby-style bar set up. The coffee is good, serving up a 7.8 Cortado. The flavour is good and the bitterness is held just about at bay.Service: 4/5

This is one of the best coffee shops in NYC not only because of the brand from Chicago but also the space.  Hotel and coffee shop combos are usually winners and this one is different.  Tons of space here If you're looking to explore.Food: 5/5

I didn't want to love it, since it's a huge chain, but I did... The drip and the cortado were amazing, service was awesome, baristas were knowledgeable, the space was sooo nice!! I'll go back, for sure!Food: 5/5

Delicious coffee! nice and strong espresso. The views in the front and back are great. Nice place to sit and chat & maybe do some work. They have pastries they must be good because they sell out : get em while they’re hot. People that work there have great customer service. Friendly, amiable and polite. Only Complaint is that their bathroom on was pretty gross. it needs better ventilation or matches.

Easily one of the most beautiful coffee shops I have ever been to. The location its at is surrounded by plants and has great outdoor seating arrangements. The baristas were accommodating with our requests and suggested us food to go with our coffees.Food: 4/5

Intelligent Coffee is one of our favorite brands and we have ordered as routine with friends for a while, so we were so excited they opened up their location in NYC.  It is located on the 1st floor of The High-line Hotel. The decor indoor is classy & elegant and the patio is cozy, which is great for Instagram photos. They serve pastries from Balthazar, which is also our favorite so it’s definitely a perfect spot for breakfast or afternoon tea.

What a place. Intelligentsia is now my new favorite cafe. Located inside The Highline Hotel, this cafe knows what it’s doing. Friendly staff like all their reviews seem to have shared. And the coffee?? SO GOOD. Angie, one of the baristas, recommended the Avena Latte for me whose usual is a matcha or vanilla latte always with oat milk. The syrup is made in-house and the cayenne pepper sprinkled on top is perfect. Thank you for the best rec, Angie!  25 years in the business and Intelligentsia continues to devote themselves to thoughtful and tasteful coffee.  The customers are diverse and all look happy to be here. Some are alone, some with a friend, and some with children. But all with a confident choice of intelligentsia on this sunny 70 degree Sunday afternoon. And yes, plenty of seating.

This spot is a true masterpiece. I’ve had Intelligentsia coffee before in other cities namely Chicago, so I was excited to try their one and only New York location at the High Line Hotel. This location truly delivers on both the coffee and the ambiance.  They have two cafes at the hotel technically, one is outside in the double decker bus for quick to go orders and the second is inside the building in the lobby for full barista service. Both options are stunning and give off the same sophisticated vibes as the hotel itself.  Intelligentsia coffee is always delicious and this location is no different. The drip coffee was smooth and flavorful. The staff were friendly and moved through the line quickly.  Overall very impressed with this location even if it is out of the way on the west side.
