the Spanish receptionist at the front desk is very disrespectful and unprofessional and really dose not know how to do her job she was very rude while i tried to make an appointment for my babies i called 6 times and she put me on a 15 hold each time and tell me no doctors are in today it took everything not to go to the office and find her this has to be the worst doctor office around n i haven't stepped foot in the office yet do not go here u would feel like u wanna slap someone jus as bad

My first appointment- set for 8:30am. -Arrived at 8:02am -All paper work done by 8:30am -We can't verify your insurance at 9:39am. We have to call them and we don't know how long that would be. Also, everyone who came after you, would be helped first. -"We'll schedule you to come another day." (Front desk) -Made the appointment and left. -At 9:50 am, I get in touch with my insurance carrier. There aren't any problems with your insurance. -Walk back in. They asked me two questions about the person I spoke to, and said within 5 minutes, we should be good. 9:55am. -It is 10:48am...no help yet.

This place is horrid. Don't bother coming. Going to change to a real Dr Office where there is a real staff that knows what they are doing.

The service is terrible. They give you an appt and you don't get to be seen until hours later.

People at the front desk is very unprofessional and has no sense of clientel service. Waited a whole hour and half to receive faxed lab orders from the office and I still ended up having to drive 20 mins to go pick it up. Lack of professionalism and being unorganized will be the downfall of that place
