Dear Pet Owners,
I feel very happy to tell you that this clinic is under new management now from today (11 Aug 2015) on wards. New owner (and Doctor) has many years of experience in Emergency and regular veterinary medicine and he keeps updating advancement in veterinary medicine . About the Doctor:
After completing his Veterinary Degree in 2003 , Dr Amit Ranjan completed his MBA degree. He then worked in the administrative field, but he found it difficult to live away from his passion of treating pets and understanding animal behavior. He wanted to help & treat patients again and joined the Hastings Veterinary Hospital team in 2008. He also worked as a veterinarian in Calgary in 2011 while visiting and exploring the extreme weather of Alberta. Dr Ranjan has been working at Hastings Veterinary Hospital as regular doctor and also at different emergency clinic in lower mainland as Locum (Visiting Doctor) for last many years. Dr Ranjan has special interest in Veterinary Ultrasound and he has got "Advanced Imaging Certificate of Completion" . He also does mobile ultrasound for different clinic in lower mainland in the name of "Skylark Veterinary Ultrasound Service".

His outside interests include playing tennis, soccer, basketball, hiking and travelling.
