Our goal at the Intermountain Kaysville Creekside Clinic is to provide the very best health care to every patient. We will help you and your entire family stay healthy through preventive medicine, and we will take care of you during illness or injury. We have 3 family medicine physicians who are specially trained to offer comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages from newborn to elderly. When you require care from another specialist, we will make the appropriate referral and continue to coordinate your care. For your convenience, our physicians can perform minor surgical procedures at the Clinic. We also have Laboratory and Radiology services on site, so you can take care of your medical needs at one convenient location.

Our family of 6 came here to get flu shots. The receptionist was great at quickly checking us in and brought out coloring books to keep our young kids entertained while I was filling out paperwork. The nurse was fantastic and administered all the shots quickly and painlessly without a single tear.

I had a health concern and hadn't been to a doctor in several years.  Called the Intermountain Kaysville Creekside Clinic at 10:30 and they offered me a same day appointment at 2:30.  I was taken back to the room right at 2:30.  Sarah, the medical assistant was pleasant and expert in the prep, drawing labs and doing the EKG ordered by the doctor.  Dr. Jared Potter was great, listened carefully and got to work on my figuring out my health problem.  They told me they call every patient with lab results and sure enough the next day got a call and they shared with me what the doctor wanted me to do.  I couldn't ask for more.  Highly recommend this clinic.

So I gave them a call at 9 o’clock, Samantha said that there was a 30 minute wait
that she could actually put me in line over the phone so I can do the majority waiting at home. 
Estimated time of appointment with 950. I get here at 9:50 up waiting
 another hour, &!put behind two other people who walked in. When I was on the phone I thought this was a great idea, however has no practicality in reality taking 2 1/2 hours.

Dr Potter in amazing, we followed him there.  Only had one visit were it was unpleasant.  Another patient came in with some issue and the staff didn't deal with it very well,  it was a very public scene and I was embarrassed for all in the waiting room.  You only need 1 bad apple to spoil the whole experience and hard work the other 10 put in by kind and caring staff.  I was tempted to get involved and ask both parties to behave better and take the issue behind closed doors.  When things go wrong, as they mostly do, it's how you deal with the clean up that stays in people's minds.

I keep going back there because of Doctor Potter.  He has the heart and gentleness of an angel and you can tell he tries so hard to love all of the patients and staff around him and stays focused on the future health of the visitors.  If he isn't available, we wait for him.  he brings this office a good name.  I do hope they value him as much as his patients do

We love Creekside Clinic! We've been taking my MIL who has multiple health issues to see Dr. Potter. He is thorough, so patient, helped her with conditions her specialists have not been able to clear, the staff has been incredible, and the nurses have accommodated her special needs. We are grateful to Creekside.
