Lifesprings Pain Management is the best place to go to for your Pain Management needs. The staff is amazing. Dr. Obah is my Hero. He's been treating my chronic pain for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Obah is very compassionate and he listens and understands my chronic pain. I highly recommend Dr Obah if you're looking for a Pain Management doctor. He is the Best.

First despite the fact that I faxed my referral over several times, after two months I finally decided to stop in and personally hand it to the staff. Of course they couldn't make an appointment right then, I had to wait another week for a call back.

Now fast forward to the appointment. Since I filled out all paperwork online, I was surprised when the staff told me to show up an hour and a half early.  I sat in the waiting room for two hours.  For no reason whatsoever.  They finally had me pee in a cup, but I am still in a waiting room.

If this is standard practice, forget this place.  I might update my review after I see the doc.

Dr. Obah is a great guy,  but the staff is snooty and slow,  and every time I've taken my mom in she waits for an hour or more in the waiting room then another hour or two in back before she is seen.  When I've asked the nurses for an ETA they've always told me we can reschedule.  Ok so we can make another trip in a week and wait 5 hours before seeing a doctor?  All the while my mom is without her meds, which makes her very sick.  Dr. Obah is a caring wonderful gentleman,  but they need to schedule appointments better so that people aren't waiting so long,  and train the staff on some compassion. I feel like they the advantage of these people that are in pain.  They know they can provide terrible service but keep customers just because these people need their medication. It's not right.

They lose paperwork and missing u.a.s staff never replays to messages and calls to ask you if its an old or new one. I got kicked out for the use of cocaine something I don't do being a nurse and in the medical field for 25+ years! This place is  a sorry excuse for a clinic and shouldn't be open. Poor staff that is very unprofessional! Take your own risk . because I didn't have dental name to verify my going tgey say their done. stopping meds is bad on my pain and my body I can be hospitalized because of amount I'm on. how does this seem fair?  You decide

Dr. Obama is an amazing doctor and has helped me out quite a bit he really is truly amazing. However there are a couple nurses that tend to get get snappy and don't seem to care if you have to sit there in pain and wait hours just to be seen. is this office was a little bit more organized I believe it would come a lot further. There is one lady at the front desk who is always pretty rude to me and to be able to run a successful business there should be staff that treats their patients very politely and courteously. All in all I hope that this business gets a lot better and I believe that it will
