Located on second floor of USPS office (State & 5th Street). Policy change in late 2016 requires an appt to be booked for assistance. Calling the number listed is the only way to do that... Although, today I walked in oblivious to the policy update, and was still able to get help. In & out in 20 minutes with wait time (needed tax transcripts, only 2 people ahead of me). The 3-star rating doesn't reflect the staff, rather the low level of efficiency. There could be more clear information- like the lunch hour which the office is closed for, what to expect & what items you need to bring. Hopefully this review will help & prepare another person's visit. See photos for more info :)

Got ahold of an agent, after 45 min of waiting. Then she hung up on me. I am irate!

I have tried several times to call this number during business hours and the call goes to a voicemail box that is full and you can not leave a message!! How frustrating!!
