I owed a lot of back taxes.they set up a pay plan in 3years i was free.they react to the way you act.dont expect you can walk in an they are going to remove your back taxes cus you talk smack.remember this a fed.office an you can get fed.time if you act a thug.high trafic so slow.only two workers.you take a number.most offices you have to sch.app.hope they never do that.i am native american an i didnt think they rude.just large crowd small office......update....you no longer can walk in an take a number.an when you call the number you habe to push one for english.it all spanish...if a number is needed the they should include all not just belly up to spanish.this is a nation of nations an i am born native american an my for fathers had to learn english.w.t.F.

Horrible! I asked the security on site what the hours were and her response was " They work when they want and make their own hours." What is the point of having business hours posted if you aren't going to follow those hours! Service is slow, and the employees were eating and being unprofessional instead of doing their jobs!!!!

What is the pointing of having times posted on door if you don't abide by them. Sign says 8. It's 8:15. There's 20 people standing outside. Last time I was here the service was extremely terrible, slow, and unprofessional. Not expecting much more from this visit.

The best time is noon and over. Bcause all people go early in the morning. Nobody is in afternoon. Yeah! !!!

The people there scared me. Also I stood in line for 1 hour 20 minutes to ask about a lawsuit against me (I got a call about it) just to find out that they qoute " have the wrong phone number on this guy's file"
