I was nervous about going to the office because of hear say, however from the moment I walked in to leaving the experience was beyond what I expected. The security personnel was very courteous, the receptionist had the warmest smile ever on a State employee and Ms Demaio made my visit worth my time to ensure I wrote this Review.

Great experience even though I waited almost 12 minutes to get someone on the phone, but was helped and treated very nicely.  Lady who couldn't help me with my questions regarding my business, was very kind and polite, she transferred me to the different department. Mr. Harris, was very polite and very helpful. He not only answered my questions, but sent me my requested documents via regular mail.

I went there to get a transcript and i did not have an appointment. It was not a problem i got in and out in about 20 minutes. Very Helpful.

i would give 0 star if its possible. worst worst experience ever. These people are beyond rude specially window NO. 2 lady, name begin with MR, I don't know what they think about the people who visit the IRS. I will never go back there.  WHAT A SHAME IRS? I AM THE TAX PAYER, SHE EVEN DIDN'T SMILE TO ME, HER SALARY WAS PAID BY US TAX PAYER AND SHE TREATED ME LIKE ENEMY! by the front desk and the gard were OK.

I went to this location  a couple time and thankfully my experience was great from the time I got in to the time I was out.  The Staff were friendly and professional and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you !
