very very bad service in this office, the black chubby lady that works in the front desk was being very rude and if she sees this review I hope you know we are not animals we are human beings that are paying you for your damn job. If I give you respect I should be receiving the same as well   this is why America is the way it is f**** up because of people like her its a shame that the lady didn't even let me explain myself. if you have a bad day or can't handle this job then quit because there is no need for you to make someone else day bad !!!!!!! and I'm gonna give them one star because there was another lady who was really nice to me that helped me with what I needed so for that thank you although then that , people please treat each other equally with respect. thanks !!!!!

Excellent Service.
I completely differ from all reviews.I didn't found any difficulties to complete my work. My appointment was booked perfectly, excellent support from the IRS officers. They gave me complete information about my work.

Condescending, dismissive, and eye rolling. All wrapped in the front desk lady. Appointments are a REQUIREMENT. Not an option. And she definitely wont help you in any regards. The police officer on hand is no better. Hes aggressive for no reason and angry, even with small talk.

I don't know what's the point of the appointment if you get there on time and they they have u waiting for 2 hours to attend you. Also the  lady that finally attend us  seems like she doesn't know what she is doing or saying...she was soooo slow to tell us something simple that she had  read on the instructions because she didn't even know what was wrong with the form.

Very Bad experience of visiting this office. The front desk black lady is having too much bad attitude. Not guiding the customers. Too much Arrogant and irritating lady. Better don't visit this Edison IRS office if alternative is available. This is my today's experience.
