It was a very good experience. Staff was friendly. Very crowrded but lines were moving fast. Everything was very quick. I was here on a Saturday around 12pm. Office closes at 1. Looking at the line, I was thinking there was no way that I will be able to get in before 1. I was out there with a driver's license less than an hour. I am impressed to see the efficiency!

This place sucks. The people who work there suck big time. They just think they are the best and they act as if they are the superiors. They don't communicate properly, they don't understand about immigration statuses and I've no clue how they work in a DMV without knowing those. On top of all that the lady who I unfortunately went to for renewing my license didn't know basic mathematics. God. That's when I just stopped going to that place. Waste of your time. Just avoid.. Go to other DMVs

This is the worst place ever, possibly in the entire world. The guy in counter number 11 was extremely rude, racist and at one point even shushed me while I was asking a question. The irony is he intervened while I was talking to the employee at the counter I was in (13). I’m not sure if he knows how to talk to a woman. Honestly, none of them knows how to get the job done. It’s good for nothing and I hope the NJ government shuts this place down. Advice to people who are considering going to this place: PLEASE DON’T!! They have their own set of 6-points which make zero sense.

This is the worst place I have ever go. The worker are so stupid. I and my twin sister go together and they make all staff wrong. I don’t know how this happen but I think they don’t have brain. Also, never take road test here. They will not let you pass for any reasons. This is a terrible place.

I had an excellent experience at the Edison NJ MVC on its late night (Tuesday). This place was very quick to complete a NY to NJ title transfer and initial registration. It was a used carcI purchased on Craigslist. I had my OS-7 form filled out a day earlier, and gathered the fully filled out title with the necessary ID. It only took from 6:45PM until 7:06PM. 23 minutes is nothing. The very kind black woman with glasses in her early 50's was so smooth, calm, and reassuring. I feel bad, she was so quick I never saw her name. This was less than 30 minutes to close and she was still super good. Plus it is Thanksgiving week! Today is 21NOV2017. All was good. I paid the taxes and fees and I was handed a freshly printed NJ Title with a set of tags/plates. I made a mistake when I first walked up. I saw a line of people on the right side. I figured this was normal and jumped up onto the concrete to the back of the line. It was for permits and testing. Oops. My fault for not asking. The guards were exceptionally nice to me and helpful. One let me talk on the phone - outside of the business area of course!
