I've seen a lot of government workers get the short end of the stick, but these guys keep things flowing nicely. They were prompt and relatively polite, considering the circumstances. This is not customer service, this is government paperwork. If the guy helping you sort out a situation is brusque and tired, cut him some slack. These people see more folk than the DMV by a large margin. Anywho, they helped me really quickly, and I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. I do recommend bringing a book. The waiting room has no outlets, and during peak times it can be a wait. It's safe to assume Friday is a bad day to come in. As well as any time in late January to through February.

A real pain to park. Nothing for handicap parking. No guard at guard desk. When you get off elevator, we waited for guard and when he did not show, we just walked through maze. The attendants told us to go back. I told her to look for guard as I was in a lot of pain and he should be,at post. Guard finally came in and did the search. We did our business very quickly and employees nice. When returning to elevators, there was no guard again. If you are going to make people wait, put chairs in hall. Better yet, be at your post!!!!

I did park 6 blocks away on hudson&Robert s. Kerr but it took only 6 minutes i walked in around 12:50 on a friday and was about by 12:55

Horrible! And they go to college? Idiots! No phone number and no parking. Almost like staff are trained to not answer your questions! Wonder why so many people dont pay their taxes! Boycotting the irs!! Dont pay the corp. That are so corrupt nothing. What are they going to do if everyone quits paying taxes?? Exactly! People need to stand up against coruption or lie down and continue getting taking advantage of! Im standing against!

The line attendants were quick and helpful. The parking was a nightmare. I suggest using the parking building across the way, and going around opening time to avoid lines!
