Fyi - walking in is not advisable - walkins go behind appointments. They got me in right at my appointment time and then got me out quickly and efficiently.

Well I know the wait may be long sometimes but the service and quality of service is Aone always. The people or very nice and courteous and they explain stuff that you didn't even know you needed. An it puts you on the right track so I am so grateful for the personal side of the taxes of the IRS and the business side thank you well done.

I am sitting here in the IRS office as I type this review. I've been sitting her for a hour and a half and I WAS three numbers away from being called. They stopped calling for a long time and when they finally called again now it's not even the same range of numbers before. There's a whole room full of people and one cubicle calling numbers. Its not just this place, but every place in the New Orleans area is like this. You just cannot get anything accomplished. It's no wonder this city is crap.

worst revenue daprtment I've ever seen or heard of, tax returns? Yea right good luck, I swear it's just a bunch of retarded asshats that bang their heads against keyboards when they are at work which 90% of the time they arnt, don't bother calling your just going to aggrivate yourself, let me give you a tip... when it comes to louisiana state anything, just give up. They're all slow, dumb, liars that will get you nowhere. Best thing to do is just move out of state when you get the chance
