Sarah and Gary were beyond helpful in finding the perfect engagement ring. After Sarah and I looked at all the rings in the store, I found the one that I thought was perfect. The ring had to be custom made to a 4 1/2.  Gary was beyond exceptional in having the customized ring that had to be made pushed for delivery before we left for Disney. I got it a week earlier than expected and everything came out perfect. 10/10, would highly recommend buying from Sarah or Gary, whoever is available. Will buy from here again.

I had the best experience today with Gary and Griffin. This was the second place my boyfriend and I went to pick out an engagement ring and it will definitely be our last! Upon entering we were a little nervous as shopping for jewelry can be intimidating. Griffin greeted us, offered us beverages, and began showing us rings similar to the ones I brought pictures of. Since he is still new, Gary stepped in to assist him and teach us all about the different grades of diamonds and let us see them in various different ways. It’s easy to see Gary knows his stuff! They both eased our minds, made us feel at home, and worked with our price range. The customer service here is unlike any other! I would highly recommend you check this place out. It’s a completely different and more intimate experience than the larger chain stores. You can tell they take pride in what they do and we appreciated the time they dedicated to us. We will be back!

Great customer service and very professional.  They met all of our needs with a high quality ring with an impeccable FOREVER MARK diamond. The ring and wedding band was everything my wife wanted and more. If you're looking for any kind of high quality jewelry with the best salespeople, then this is the place.  Thanks Gary and Jennifer, y'all really made this Christmas special and something me and my wife will never forget.

Jennifer was great! She really helped us out in finding what we wanted. She was patient when we were indecisive and helped us get a ring that we LOVE! Chris and I couldn’t have had a better experience for that we are a grateful for Jennifer and the whole IDC team.

I worked with Jennifer Greene through the duration of this process. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the stones and settings one could imagine. She even brought a few in from another location for me. Awesome experience with IDC, ask for Jennifer she kills it!
