Exceptional Service! I have been shopping at Reeds Jewelers (store#75 in Brunswick GA) for the last 8 to 10 years. I have received nothing less than stellar service from extremely knowledgeable and friendly store personnel. Patrick, the store manager, is friendly and doesn't mind taking extra time to answer any questions. His staff is remarkable in the way they all work together to provide a wonderful shopping experience!! I will take the extra time to drive to Brunswick instead of Savannah to shop and I always recommend this store to anyone shopping for jewelry or watches. Keep up the good work Reeds in Brunswick GA!!

So to give you guys a little bit of the backstory I purchased a solar powered G-Shock watch from Reed's jeweler probably two years ago. I got the watch with the metal screws on the face of the watch. Those metal screws kept getting detached and I would have to send the watch back into G-Shock for it to be fixed. After about three or four times of the screws falling out the manager Patrick said he is going to try to contact G-Shock and get me a new watch. Patrick was able to work out a deal with the G-Shock regional rep. Patrick was able to get me a new G-Shock range man watch to substitute for the solar powered watch that I kept having issues with. Patrick is very accommodating and very professional in taking care of his customers. If I could give a six star rating I could.

On a recent visit to the area I needed to have some links removed from a bracelet style watch I received from my father. I encountered Reeds Jewelers and spoke with Patrick and Leeah. The two of them couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They offered my wife and I a beverage to go along with the cheese, fruit and crackers they had placed out for their guests. As Patrick sized my wrist, I also realized the watch needed a new battery. In less than 3 minutes he had removed the links and replaced the watch battery. It was an amazing display as all the while he was working on my watch he was also engaging me in conversation. The capper was when he was done and I asked him, how much he said no charge. Being from Chicago this is unheard of. He just asked that if I was ever considering a new purchase that I give him a call. I will certainly do that as I need to replace my wife's wedding ring and Reeds will be the first place I call. Thanks to all who made our visit such an enjoyable one. If you're in the area, you have to visit them. Cheers!

I recently purchased my wife a new ring as a surprise for her birthday. I couldn't find my wife's other rings to get the right size, and I couldn't slip off her existing ring to get a soap impression, either. Then I had the bright idea of sneaking in while she lay sleeping and slip a string around her finger to get a good guess that way. All I accomplished was startling her and making her scream. Her scream was so loud it woke the rest of the house up, freaking them out too. I told her I was just bending to give her a kiss when she awoke. Honestly, she scared me as much as I scared her! Anyway, there went any chance of covertly obtaining her ring size (she had a hard time getting back to sleep the rest of the night). Inevitably, the night came to give the ring, and sadly, it was too large. I promised her I would get it sized ASAP. Come Monday, I phoned around town and every jewelery store I spoke with had a 1-2 week turn-around. No bueno. I walked in to Reeds, since I was in the area and had done business with them in the past. Around ten years ago, actually. I asked about sizing and turn-around and they were sad to inform me that their jeweler had picked up that morning and I missed out on it for a couple of days. I was disheartened. Then, Patrick (Store Manager) offered to run my ring to the jeweler on his lunch break, have it back to me and ready to go at 6pm THE SAME DAY. How awesome is that?! Oh, you should know that I didn't even buy the ring there. If they would do that for me, then I can only imagine what they would do for someone who purchased the jewelry there, too. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Patrick and Brandy were friendly, courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met, above and beyond what any other jeweler in town could/would do for me. Thank you so very much, I truly appreciate it.
