I started here 2 months ago. I have type 2 diabetes. The trainer's are great and work with me even when I am not having a one on one training.. Always kind and very helpful if you are not sure you are performing the excise right. When I started my personal trainer Greg taught me how to completely change the way I walk. No one judges where you are at in your exercise. The machines are great and most all are somewhat new. The pool is saltwater and is very therapeutic. I started the aqua class and love it. My only complaint is I wish the locker rooms were a little cleaner. Love love the staff.

some of the night staff needs to learn some better customer service. a few are very personable and great but some just sit with their face in the computer and dont even acknowledge that you have entered the building. a simple "have a nice night" when leaving would be good also. definitely makes the whole company look bad when people are the front line to the public clearly hate their job.

I'm disabled and was unable to come in to cancel membership due to serious illness for 3 months they refused to cancel my membership.  Then when I was finally able to go in they assured me I wouldn't be billed at the billing office. Still being billed.  Billing office doesn't care and will not help. Owner:  troy finfock in told cannot be contacted.  Taking them to court. Reporting to bbb & contacting state attorney general's office.  I suggest anyone else they're doing this to do the same to stop this type of unscrupulous business behavior.  They're only nice until they get your credit card.  

Reasons for canceling: 
1.Exercise equipment is located upstairs in a very unstable deck which wobbles with every  persons movement.  Add that to actually getting onto an elliptical, treadmill etc. And it makes you dizzy (not just me) 
2. Sauna and steam room are both not regulated so that they're incredibly hazardous (I've never been in them where the heart indicators were not in the high red hazardous zone).
3. No bubbles or circulation in the hot tub. 

I have had memberships at many other gyms and currently hold one at another gym with no problems. I exercise regularly do not insult other gym goers or people in general so other reviewers might want to consider that when leaving their reviews of a business.

First off, the negative reviews are so typical of those who aren't fit, never will be fit, and simply can't pay their bills on time.
This gym is awesome! Very Clean! The salt water pool that is heated is very nice, never burns my eyes unlike many other local pools.
The hot tub is pure heaven, very hot, the spa and steam rooms are always clean, very well kept.
The facility is fairly large, plenty of equipment for a full house of dedicated go-getters.
The atmosphere is very positive, good choice of music, and the staff are super friendly and professional.
It's a brand new facility if you ask me.
The price is very fare, very fare!
With my basic membership I can go to any of the classes that are held there anytime I want to at no additional charge, yoga, cycling, conditioning, etc!
Don't let the negative losers push their negative attitudes and energy towards your membership here.

They say they offer all of these classes and amenities but the class schedule is always wrong! How can anybody take class if the time is always incorrect?! 
Also when you see an advertisement for 30$ month and no sign up fee with guest they charge you a fee and try to charge you for your guest?!? That's just bad business.
