Lost some hardware for a power sports battery and couldn’t find it anywhere in LA. Drove out to this location and picked up the pieces I needed and also got some help from the technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot my electrical issues that cause me to lose the hardware pieces. Very grateful for the customer service and knowledge provided.

I woke up this morning feeling good when my dad told me about interstate all batteries. So I called at 9am this morning and spoke to a female who name I didn't get. I told her everything about the make and model of my car and she quoted me $150.23 which included installing my battery. So I said great I'll be down as soon as I can. When I arrived this little short older man came to help me and with attitude he told me know we don't install for this model. I became emotional and frustrated that I had driven all the way down to there to do business with them. So as I was yelling with anger in the air and at nobody the man walked away from me and went back to work. So I went in to see the manager. Once I got to talk to him he and saw my 2013 Chrysler 200 he said without hesitation that we don't install this model and there's nothing I can do. I explained to him that his people need to be better trained and give out the right information. He stated to me that people make mistakes and can't help me. The only nice gesture was he jump started my car so I can get off his lot.

The service is excellent they let him know right away if you need a battery or something else. And then coming here for a long long time and not once have I ever been treated the wrong way. They are very professional, courteous, and understanding.
They will make sure when you leave, that you will leave with no worries. They have many batteries to choose from. Plus many different assessors for your home and car. Interstate all battery Center excellent all the way.

Friendly guys who will take the time out check your battery and alternator and then change battery for you if you need. Be aware that they charge a nominal fee for changing the battery for you.

They've even shown me the specific gravity of a cell when it was due to a failing cell.

Any battery warranty from any manufacturer is nice but if you want a long lasting battery, always go for the highest cold cranking amps (CCA) that your car can take.
