Awful service !!!! Medicare should not have chosen them. The order went in on a Friday and four days later we are still sitting in the hospital because my mother in laws hospital bed and wheelchair still have not been delivered. I have spoken to the delivery supervisor and he was no help. We have sick and disabled people that need the items fast not weeks later. Very unhappy with the service.

This medical supply is worst ever!!! They aren't professional, they are rude as hell, they take FOREVER to do ANYTHING!! My mom's bed remote broke and needed a replacement. They kept changing the price, and ultimately NEVER showed up to replace it. If you can avoid dealing with this so called company. Do it ! I'm sorry we had to deal with these idiots. 😠😡

It's unfortunate that you must even "give" a single STAR...as this organization deserves NONE! To begin with...the requested equipment was not delivered on time...in fact, it took an additional 4 days to even arrive. That being said, the apparent "owner" who can easily quote "Medicare" coverage and what they pay for, obviously also feels the need to mark up equipment to what ever price he deems appropriate...which is anything but! PLEASE...if you're given a referral for this company ...for ANY medical equipment...kindly ask for ANOTHER...to ANYONE else!

Not helpful at all, I would go any where else. Thought the review might be one sided but it is not even worth trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt.
