Horrible customer services. Doesn't follow through. Only talks about his own personal real estate dealings. Was not at all prepared to discuss our needs - when asking for an idea of comprable housing prices, Tashlik only referenced houses twice the size, completely different styles and worth over $50,000 more than our house. When push came to shove he wouldn't even take the listing because of the work involved.
