The Ziegenbalg Agency has provided me excellent customer service every time I need something. They are a wonderful agency, they always make sure I'm well taken care of and have everything I need from auto to life insurance. They don't skip a beat, it's nice to be able to trust a agency with so many important things without having to worry. From the Agent to the staff, they are all amazing!! I would give Tom Ziegenbalg's Agency five stars, if not, more than five! In regards to how Tom helped me, he navigated me through all the multi line discounts they offer and what would be best for me. This is not my field and I wanted to make sure I had the right questions answered. I was provided with superior information and guidance on the new options and resources. In addition to Tom,  David Ziegenbalg was a true delight! He held my hand through the process and made me feel very confident I was in great hands. Overall they provided me with customer service excellence, I would refer that agency to anyone!

Tom and his staff are top notch!  Every interaction I have had has been a positive experience because they treat me like family.  Tom has taken the time to review my insurance needs for auto, homeowners, life insurance and banking products.  He and his staff are very knowledgeable and have saved me money throughout the process.  There is nothing like the security of knowing you are protected if something unexpected happens to me, my home or my automobiles.  Thank you Tom and State Farm!

Nobody makes finding Car Insurance easier. Tom worked hard to find me the perfect policy and I always feel like I am at the top of his priority list. Most impressive is how he never makes me wait for a response, whether by email or phone, he is always on the ball!
