By far the best and most reliable system I have tried with my dogs. I did attempt a cheaper alternative in the very beginning and had nothing but issues with the equipment and especially with the customer service. The day I switched to Invisible Fence, all those issues disappeared. Every interaction I have had with them have been superb. I enjoyed having Zach come out and diagnose the issue with my aging system and his willingness to get me back up and running. With people like Zach and Brook in the office, it's no wonder that I always feel good after any interaction with this company.

Invisible Fence is fantastic and Jennifer is absolutely the best dog trainer I have ever met. We have never had success with getting our dogs to stay in the yard or off the carpet and after only one session with Jennifer, they were almost perfect. Since the second session, they have not left the yard or gone near the carpet. My two dogs are now completely perfect. Invisible Fence and Jennifer are fantastic! She trained two dogs who previously were untrainable. 10 stars!! Highest recommendation.

Dave came out for a consultation appointment.  After discussing our needs, he offered to take a look at our existing Pet Safe fence.  He made a couple adjustments and performed a couple tests on the circuit and determined that it was all in working order.  Instead of just writing up the quote and going after the sale, Dave took the time to make sure that we didn't already have a working fence.  I am very appreciative of his ethics and knowledge.  If we ever need to replace our fence, Dave is the first and only guy that I will call!

Brad Scott, the owner/manager is incredible.  While my initial experience wasn't the best he made up for it with the best customer service one could ask for.  The response time was immediate!
Not only did he provide great customer service at the beginning, but he continues to follow up and check in with me and my dog to be sure that we are happy.
HAPPY is an under-statement!
You can't go wrong with calling Brad and his staff at Invisible Fence!

My puppy (Bailey) took to Austin immediately.  He was curteous and very good with Bailey.  As he was teaching Bailey, he was also giving me tips for when I teach her.  I really liked how informative Austin was, I would recommend you ask for him when you get your dog trained.
