So… Google automatically keeps asking me to rate my own business. So, I’ll use this post to talk up the other tech services in the area. We have a lot of good local independent tech consultants in the area. You can find a partial list on the website. Every year we have thousands of new people arriving in the city who may not know what support options are available, so I try to help inform people of their options. Greg goes above and beyond with his customer service.  He not only provided his professional opinion, he guided me to the appropriate resources for fixing my laptop, took my computer in himself and offered follow up consultation as needed. Amazing!  Very knowledgeable in his work.  Trust worthy, compassionate and caring.

Greg was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the whole process of repairing my apple computer. He was very generous in his pricing and the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend him to future clients.

I accidentally dropped and damaged the external hard drive that contained some extremely important files. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Greg was super responsive and quick to recommend I send it to a clean room for an attempt at recovery; he dropped everything he was doing and shipped it out the same day.  It just so happened that, very unluckily, my case was unlike any the engineers at the data recovery center, or Greg, had seen in decades. It was a long and arduous process, but eventually, almost all of my files were recovered, and I could finally move on with life. Greg made some big sacrifices for me, and he was always there to answer my questions whenever I texted or called.  I phoned around a little bit the day the I dropped my hard drive to see where I could get the best deal, and I chose to go with Greg because when I spoke with him on the phone it seemed like he cared. That certainly proved to be the case! I’m super happy with my decision to work with Greg, and I’d highly recommend his services to anyone who needs them. Thanks, Greg!
