Went in at 4:15 to get a machine with my husband because he wakes up 117 times an hour due to not breathing and these two yahoos basically come back Monday before my lunch break. We leave at 4:59 and it takes an hour to get the machine ready. It's called a job, sometimes you have to stay 15 minutes late . Work ethic sucks

They were inconsistent with billing dates. Prices were extremely high compared to EVERY online source. Selection outside of the most common machines is very limited.

I went in friday 7/28/17 at 415ish because i have not been able to breath when sleeping. I explained that i was here to pick up a machine. They explained that it usually takes an hour to get everything ready. They explained that i should come back monday. So no such thing as good work ethic.  Working in the medical field you'd expect one to do their job and help someone even if it might make them 15 minutes late home from work. On top of that when i said i could be there at noon monday the lady said maybe i should come sooner because she takes her lunch at noon. Wow sorry to be such an inconvenience ma'am.
