Price are good for medicine I am taking, great staff. If they could extend their hours that would be better. Population in waukee and surrounding areas are increasing dramatically.  The hours open need to increase. I prefer a smaller home town pharmacy then a chain pharmacy that think of you as a number instead of a person. At MediCap the staff cares about you & tries to meet all your needs. I give them 5 stars. Thanks you for the great service you have given myself & my family.

Nikki at Medicap in Waukee recently helped navigate a tricky first time experience for me. She was absolutely amazing! After many back and forth phone calls and follow up, I have what I need. Absolutely thrilled with the service! THANK YOU!

Medicap personnel can't be beat. Cindy is always going the extra mile for me and I'm sure that is why the rest of her staff does the same. They go out of their way to get in touch with doctors when needed, find alternative drugs when appropriate. I wouldn't consider another pharmacy, I wouldn't trust another pharmacy. The staff is quick to learn customer's names and greet them by that name whenever in the store.

Initially, I had some concerns I wasn't being treated as an individual with individual circumstances, but just another customer seemingly an inconvenience, as well as profiled, which happens often with chronic pain patients. I brought my concerns to Cindy and she went out if her way to make it right, and she certainly didn't have to. There were wrongs that were made right and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you.
