This place is always a Gamble. Some of the times when I go there I can get right in and get right out, other times when I go there that seems like you wait and wait and wait to get through the line. But it sure beats driving all the way out to Ankeny just to renew your license this one is close and convenient. And I've never had any problem with the staff they are very polite and helpful.

I renewed my driver's license this morning.  There was only one person ahead of me on this very cold day, so I got right in.  All the people working there were so pleasant even though their building was very cold as their heating system was being worked on.  Great staff at this DMV!

Well... waiting here for 2hrs for my ticket number and I still have 20 more tickets in front of me. Come with a lot of time on hand.

Worst dmv I've ever been to. And I've lived in Chicago! Staff were extremely concerned with taking their union mandated breaks even though waiting room was packed to the gills. Clean house! Oh, that's right, they cant be fired! And don't trust the information they have online for documents u need if your license is from another state. I have to go back because info online was wrong. Guy sitting next to me gave up because wait was too long.
