I have been trying to reach option number 5  for  "All other members service needs"  for five days and no one is picking up the phone!!!!  most surprisingly, one day, i waited on hold for three hours in a row and finally i had to hang up after giving up. The representatives at this extension don't  care about the people and don't deserve to be paid.  Very poor customer service of the highest degree possible!

The lady that answered the phone was nice and helped me understand medicaid for people working with disabilities. You will have that with every place a rotten apple but does that spoil the bunch no! I think they can make wait to less not so long.

called during work hours rang and rang no one EVER picked up. Call all day and NO ONE ever answered the phone!!

this agency covers up criminal actions by the dept and employed broker in my case. I am disabled and have been victimized for over 6 years at least.

I mean you people really expect the government to care about you as a individual human being or care about the phone etiquette. As a organization that gets paid by tax dollars they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction. They get paid no matter what. wake up and have realistic expectations people!!!
