When trying to make an appointment, which I have done on 3 separate occasions, I have had to leave a message. On the first attempt I called at 8:50 am but rec'd no call back by noon the next day. So I called again. And again I had to leave a message. My call was finally returned the next day. I did have to cancel that appointment due to an emergency. So when I called on a Monday to reschedule, again I had to leave a message. And since I did not hear back by Friday, I called to schedule my mammogram with Mercy North Diagnostics.

Brand new state of the art facility, and the staff are all Professional.

I had an amazing experience at Iowa Radiology.  The staff was so nice for my first mammogram.  I got overwhelmed and almost fainted and the technician made sure I was totally ok before I left.  She was so patient and loving and I felt completely at home.  I will definitely return for my next mammogram or other needs.
