Very crowd line of customers. un- organized Customer service beside they trying to help you quickly, but still need more review and improvement. 
Parking lot always full and NO PARKING on road sides .
The unbelievable think is : 
Form request is still manually and photo requires you to WALK half mile to another building to type forms and take photos without any direction's signs !!! 
They charge me for a form typing and 4 photos 40$ .too much ....

I called 3 day in a row, still no awnser why not put someone that will only awnser phone calls since alot of people complaining about them not answering their phones. Keep in mind there is a lot of people who don't even live in the same state and when trying to get ideas in regards what they need to bring with them and they can't get an awnser it only holds them back from setting up plans to travel. Well all I can say is I am very disappointed at this service. They need to get something figured out asap. We all tired of this service. And if you can't handle running your business right let someone else do the job. Quit collecting the money. Especially the embassy in Los Angeles they suck and they think they are better then us. Do to the fact that they all Kurds. 
I hope one day they realize that the only reason they have jobs is bcz of us customers.  😣

You guys suprised me, you were so good to everyone.
They have the heart to help everyone and they were never tired to answer all my questions.
Just to clearify, You shouldn't write bad comment here just because the 
the Iraqi bad system and complications in Iraqi system, they're doing their job and if your passport was rejected then it's not because of them instead it's because of some employees back in Iraq.

Horrible place . Horrible employees. Horrible parking . Be ready to spend all day trying to find parking , if not your car will be towed / ticketed .

Worst customer service ever. I sent my visa application, passport photos, and no one ever called me back after leaving several voicemails. Also, they never returned my 16$ passport photos. If you wanna go to Iraq, send your stuff to D.C. not here. 👎
