Amazing art museum! It's free and open to the public. Closed on Tuesdays. You'll need to put your bags aside or lock it up, which is also free to do. Highly recommend spending sometime there.

Great collection, well displayed. Ancient, modern, east, west, north, south, it is all there. Rodin is very well represented, and there are small galleries that change frequently and have yummy and sometimes unexpected items. For example, Max Klinger (not the one from M.A.S.H.) prints. Many museums have little or nothing from Africa. Continent-wise, I think Cantor is only short on art from Antarctica.

Always a great experience. Loved their recent Art History exhibit, really rendering art accessible. This is a great day out with the family.

The SF Bay area is full of small astounding Art Museums and this is one of the better ones. Exhibits change from time to time so do come back. It is Uber or walking distance from the Caltrain station in PA. University parking is like university parking so pay attention to the signs. I am a fan of Auguste Rodin and they have a nice well presented collection.

Fascinating art and history museum. I especially enjoyed the Chinese ceramics section, and th section on the Stanfords themselves.
