Iris nails was horrible, I would NEVER go there again. they charged me $50 for a full set which was done so badly. I went on Saturday for the full set, by Monday my nails were lifting. I had to trim them down at home and file them my self to make sure that they at least look decent. Not only is there work Horrible, my husband paid for me to get a 30 min massage the WORST massage I have ever had in my life. I spent 3 days so sore from the massage even the showering was painful. and to top it all off after everything was done and they charged me $140 in total they would not let me leave the salon with out giving each of the ladies a Tip. right when I was walking out the door the young man at the register told me hold on they were talking among them selves in their language and then he told me, you haven't given them a tip. I told the the work was crappy and you already charged me $140, he went on in telling me that tip was needed due to the amount of time I was in the salon.. please don't ever waist your time going there. WORST SALON EVER!!!!!!

Friendly, pleasant and the employees work every well together. If I ask for a design they ways do an excellent job.

A friend introduced me to Iris Nail & Spa awhile ago and I've visited a few times now, so I feel comfortable leaving a comprehensive review of their services. Iris offers a bunch of different services, like waxing and massages, but I haven't tried those yet so my review is mainly for the manicures and pedicures. I love their manicures, as they always go above and beyond with service, like putting oils and massaging your hands and/or neck. Also, I've never had any trouble talking to any of the technicians in English, and all of the girls are really lovely and easy going. Decor-wise, the salon is very pretty and has an open space kind of feel. They have these cute vintage posters and a waiting room, as well as a fee free ATM machine for tipping in cash. Iris has definitely become my go-to spa!

You pay a little more but it is well worth it. Mia is the best! I moved ah hour away from Lansdale and still drive there because can't find any place that is close to the level of service I get at Iris

this place seemed nice to me at first. i came in and got greeted nicely. the place looks fairly nice but their work is sloppy and just awful. i got acrylic and had my old ones taken off. well for starters they charged me 10$ to be taken off where as 320 nail studio on main street in lansdale doesn't charge anything. they charge 50$ for a full set compared to 20$ at 320 nails once again. i also got my eyebrows done and this is where things went horribley wrong. the girl who did them not only burned my skin because she never checked the wax but also ripped off my skin!!!! LITERALLY RIPPED OFF MY SKIN AND THAN SAID UH OH AND BEGAN TO LAUGH AT ME!!! I HAD NO CLUE WHY UNTIL I LEFT!!! IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME I CAN SEND YOU THE PHOTOS I TOOK IN CASE I END UP GOING TO COURT WITH THEM!!! when she applied the cooling gel it stung so bad i almost cried and this is a girl who has her chest and neck tattooed. i can take pain but yea this stung so badly and when i mentioned it she tried telling me oh it's normal but i knew it wasn't. i was than rushed out due to the obvious screw up and i noticed that while i was waiting for my nails to dry the women were all whispering suspiciously and looking in my direction. so the girl rushed over maybe 10 minutes later and quickly checked my nails which were i later found out done wrong and not dry and rushed me out. I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK! MY EYE IS SO SORE AND SWOLLEN STILL!!! i went and got my nails redone at 320 and highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM LADIES!! cheap and they do a fantastic job! they had to fix the disaster i was left with from this hell hole iris.
