Had a great time. Love the food! Love that K-Pop music is being played constantly while I'm consuming all the hot grilled beef & pork. Waiter was nice and helpful to all my needs. Will definitely be back. Everyone must GO TRY NOW!
Fancy establishment. My take —- For a group of 6 , the sides were not enough for all of us, they used the smallest bowl, you have to finish everything first before you can ask a refill. But I must say the meat were Yummers! Just the right amount of seasoning. What I appreciate is that we have the fastest server! She can refill the sides and meat every time we order. Thank you So I can say we still had a great time! Satisfied and FULL!!! So my suggestion make the sides suitable for the group size and yeah, definitely will go there again!
9/2022 4* Food was tasty and the service was good. Bat was a good server. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for sure. Only downside was the atmosphere. Too yuppie for my tastes. Giant screens with silly boy bands up there dancing around was more than I care to see. But all in all a good experience and I am sure many people would love it. Give it a try!
All you can eat Korean BBQ with 2-hour limit. Excellent variety of meat/poultry and shrimp to grill on the table. The quality of meat were fairly good but not spectacular. For $30 per person, it is still an excellent value. Unlike a conventional Korean restaurant, perhaps it is due to COVID, they have limited side dishes and do not offer lettuce for wrap. $4 for a pint of Sapporo is also a great deal. Looking forward to visiting again and trying out more.
Would come again for sure. The atmosphere is lively with k-pop playing in the background but still comfortable and family-friendly. Food is all you can eat, reasonable price, the shrimp and squid were not my favorites, but everything else is very tasty. Service is usually good, but this time it was a bit slow. You have to know that there's always a minimum of 30 minute wait time. It's definitely worth the wait for me
We came here to celebrate my Auntie’s birthday. As a first timer, I did not know what to expect. To my surprise, Iron Age is a big place with fun lighting and music. While waiting to be seated, we went to the bar to grab some beer and the server was very nice. Once seated, our server Adam was very attentive and helpful. He made sure we had drinks and meats. There was even an instance when he grabbed me some extra napkins because he noticed I was a little sweaty. It was a great place to celebrate! The food was great, the service was phenomenal, and the staff is very attentive. Definitely worth visiting!
The meat was hit and miss especially when it comes to the beef. Sometimes you would receive good tender steak and sometimes steak that was so full of tendon that it was hard to chew and eat no matter how small you cut it up with scissors. Their tall beer tower was a fun novelty and good to try if anyone visit for the first time. They have a good selection of beer. The level of service was more often good than bad during my visits 4/5 times, considering the number of people they serve. However, I stopped visiting because the men's bathroom was so filthy. Doesn't seem like they clean it during shifts. It was always wet next to the urinals / toilet not just water. Also, there was a period of 2 months during late spring - summer of 2022 when both the toilet stalls were without doors, haha. Didn't know how other patrons who needed to use the toilet managed.
Adam was a good server. Food was flavorful and definitely plenty of it! Only issue was a delay in drinks from the bar due to someone being on lunch. The "DIY/grill it yourself" is fun if you're into that sort of thing. If you just want to sit back and relax, this is not the place for you.
I have had my fair share of Korean BBQ, and Iron Age is by far my favorite of them all. The atmosphere and staff are great, and the spicy pork is even better. The banchan dishes are delicious & yum-yum sauce is always essential : there’s typically a little bit of a wait any day of the week from my experience, but it’s usually quick. Highlyyyy recommend!
This is such a great place with a nice ambience with phenomenal service and fantastic food. It's such a nice experience and we generally celebrate special occasions here because of all of these factors. Take it from a non meat eater in general it's delicious!
