Great coaches--very knowledgeable and helpful.  Awesome atmosphere--friendly, positive, supportive.  Fun and challenging workouts--never boring.  I would highly recommend to ANYONE of any skill/fitness level looking to better themselves.

I dropped in for 3 weeks and the coaches were amazing!  Not only did Z and Cooper welcome me, they were very involved, making sure that I got the most out of each WOD.  The members were also great, very friendly and encouraging.  Exactly what I would expect from a great crossfit commuity.  Thanks guys, can't wait to come back!
