Normally a fun place to go. However this last weekend.. A holiday weekend... They close the pool. So we went Sat to check that they are open Sunday. On their outside door said closed Memorial day. Great, doesn't say anywhere it's closed  Sunday! Until we load up all 12 of us to go swimming and walk through to the 2nd set of doors that they have another sign posted that their pool is closed for Sunday as well. Next time make sure you put all the information on the outside doors so that people can see it! Does no good on the inside set of doors.

Went to the aquatics center and it was a blast! Very fairly priced. They have a lazy river and two large slides as well as a full sized pool and splash area for younger children. Changing rooms were clean and well maintained. Lockers were provided as well.

With Anytime Fitness closing it is so hard to get to the rec center during these hours if you do shift work.  I wish the city could open earlier and close later!  Especially on the weekends.   Overall though, the rec is a great facility!

Very disappointed about the pool, was really looking forward to going then when we get there lifeguards say, we are taking 30 min lunch. So we have to wait to get in.. We finally get in and they have the big slides closed, . I asked a teenager lifeguard if I could get in the hot tub she said no, 5 min later there was 12 people sitting in the hot tub.. very unfriendly staff..
