I high recommend Iron-Oak Fitness. The coaches are top notch and very passionate about their work and your fitness, especially the owners Ross and Brenda. I feel like they really care and want me and all clients to be successful.  Iron-Oak is for all levels of fitness. The coaches are always available to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and to encourage you give your max effort. The workouts are always different and challenging. Everything there is a well thought out machine including the facility, location, workouts, trainers, equipment, etc. 

The coach are all extremely dedicated to making sure I am successful with my fitness goals. Over the year that I have been a member I have lost inches from my body but what I've gained from the gym and the people there is invaluable - strength, knowledge, determination and friends who feel like family who keep encouraging me to keep coming back.

I have been a member at Iron Oak since August.  I can not say enough about this gym.  Ross and Brenda are the absoulute BEST IN  EVERY way.  Not only do they push you to get the very best workout but they are also there for you on a personal level. A couple of times when I have lost my focus, they are there for me to get me back on track. 
I highly recommend Iron Oak to anyone that is looking for a awesome atmosphere, with educated coaches to train at.

I First started working out at Iron Oak with Brenda via personal training.  I was nervous to do group classes. I have recently started group classes and love it.  Everyone is welcoming and the trainers tailor the workout to your ability level.  I highly recommend Iron Oak's services no matter or strength or ability level!

This is a great place with a good group of people.  The trainers are educated and professional.  The workouts can be challenging but it is adjusted to your level of fitness.  They got me to be in the greatest shape of my life.  I lost 40lbs because of Iron oak.

I love this place. I love the friendly, encouraging, team building atmosphere at Iron-Oak Fitness. I love how Brenda and Ross have helped me reach levels in my fitness that I gave up a long time ago and continue to help me reach my goals. All the coaches here are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do in a nonintimidating, start at your level focus. Come, try a class, you will see it!
